The beginning was solid and I could definitely feel some chemistry between Sutton & Oleg. But Oleg's behaviour was very hot and cold and while I could see that Sutton could hold her ground, sometimes she made stupid choices and her character could've been written a lot more better. She had good potential and was strong and resilient but her decisions were questionable at its best. The book also felt very long and the last half was stretched so much. I also did not like how Oleg behaved with Sutton towards the end and I hope he grovels a lot in the next book. Otherwise, all the time that I spent on this book will just feel like a total waste.

Saw what was going to be the point of conflict for the couple and I just didn't want to see it unforld. FMC making stupid choices that she shouldn't be making and is smart enough not to be making.
