Really sweet monster romance with quite a lot of suspense and action scenes too. I loved the worldbuilding, with the bad, mad scientist, the secret military branch and all the different kinds of so-called monsters! Ollie is a fascinating mix of innocence, kindness, and deadly fighting skills. I really liked how he made Chris feel safe and cared for. I really like unlikely matches and that’s the definitely the case here with this interspecies couple. The secondary characters help make this a more nuanced story, and I’m really looking forward to Hotdog’s story especially. Having already read and loved Phoenix’s and Charlie’s stories respectively.

The first page of this book drew me in and I was absolutely hooked. Christopher and Ollie were so sweet together and I really enjoyed seeing their relationship develop and grow into the beautiful love they shared. Ollie was so sweet and so dirty at the same time I had to fan myself at some parts, Don't even get me started on that tail stinger. All the character names were so funny and I cant wait to see more of them in the next book. The ending was totally not what I was expecting and I was so shocked at everything. Definitely a must read if you like MM and monsters ;)
I received a copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews, and this is my honest review.

I loved this book, the ending of the book reminded me of the ending in the movie cabin in the woods

So I was hesitant to read this book. Everyone was negatively comparing it to Lily Maynes Monsterous series, which is one of my absolute favorite book series.
Now, to an extent, this book is similar. In the way most monster fudger romances have a similar note and dystopian books have a similar note. This book has military that is hunting monsters yes but not to the same reasoning or extent as lily's. I believe both sets of books are well written have differences and small similarities but are still both good books to be read.
Now on to my review of Kissed By Krampus. This book is adorable. Chris Kringle is home from a tour in Iraq and is horribly affected by PTSD and hates all things Christmas, we get the backstory which makes so much sense as to why. One night Chris gets in a horrible accident and is saved. When he wakes up he realizes a monster saved him. Throughout the book Chris and Ollie become close and we got the backstory and plot behind the storyline. I really did enjoy the characters and the plot line. I also enjoyed how the book ended with a wonderful cliffhanger that didn't hurt anyone. It was a HEA, but the interconnected storyline had a cliffhanger. I definitely recommend you read this book if you like monster MM romances!

Up until 70% I thought this was going to be just a silly Christmas themed book. Instead it set-up a whole world and threw in some intriguing side characters. (very interested in Walkers story). Reminded me very much of the monstrous series
SPOILERS I wish they would have started the whole government stuff and what I felt like was the real story much sooner because it did feel rushed towards the end. Especially with Kringle’s homecoming and everyone instantly being okay with the fact that he wasn’t actually dead. Also, I get it. He’s a vet with PSTD. It got repetitive and made it seem like the MC had no depth with his trauma is being explained over and over.
The sex was hot af
