Consequences of Divinity

Jim Starlin paints a dire picture of the consequences of the brief divinity held by Adam Warlock. His dark side, the threat of a universe of clones replacing that of our heroes, the now-peaceful THanos called to arms again. THe stories in this volume are complex but engagin. An excellent read, with the exception of the out of order issues at the end of the volume.

Regardless of how fun this was, it was the same damn story as Infinity Gauntlet -- only with the Magus taking the place of Thanos, and more interaction from the Living Tribunal and his ilk.

Plus, the addition of the supplimentary issues of Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch felt odd coming at the back of the collection, rather than falling in chronologically to help the fill in the story.
