This book teach me to learn to love yourself more and be gentle about yourself. Divided into 3 parts and each parts have 6-7 chapters which includes Meditation section which pretty good to apply what you already read throughout the chapter. It was good knowledge to people about mental awareness and mental health. It is indeed a great read for open minded people and who want to learn more about themselves.
Give it a try! but what’s best for reading this without applying? — might re-read it several times and applying to myself from now on. A great book, indeed
