i guess i had too high of an expectation for this one.

i thought the whole book was going to be about how to defeat the Old Faithful

but they got that out of the way 1/4 into

the book. so i was left confused as to what is the endgame here which was the only thing propelling me to finish the book. I did and it was.. ?¿ yknow? i still don’t get what the main issue was and what the fmc was trying to achieve throughout the book?
