I remember this one being very influential on me as a child, but it didn't really hold up. Figured out the first place I heard about Alexander Hamilton, though!

I keep thinking of this blog post that I read a few days ago, talking about how we're fine with our "historically accurate" blood, guts, and violence in films, but we can't handle historically accurate teeth. Shoutout to this book for having historically accurate teeth. XD

I really enjoy this series. The books are relatively short but the voice of the characters in the different books and the attention to detail to give readers a historical feeling experience is lovely. I also like that there is a good deal of notes included at the end of each book regarding the historical significance as well as the true historical figures that show up.
