I am an LVB stan all the way. She's one of those writers whose prose INTERESTS me, even if the story fails to. But, this collection is stellar, I think, though a few stories sort of drop off. I rarely give 5 stars for collections, because there's often at least one story I want to skip. Truly, truly, truly, and I can't stress this enough, LVB is one of my favorite writers working today, and this collection is worth your time.
