I really liked the first half and the world building, the sex negotiations felt a little drawn out and overdone and the ending resolved itself kind of abruptly.

Characters are adults are behave like one. It was so refreshing. Plot was decent but I really enjoys relationship between leads and how they found similarities and common ground even though their status are far apart.
The first time I tried to read this, the vibes were not right and so I stopped (that's fine, happens sometimes, you just aren't in the right mood). The second time I tried to read it, I couldn't figure out Morgrim and it was annoying. Not in a he was elusive and mysterious and hot kind of way, just that his personality wasn't consistent and it was the wrong blend of humanity and emotionless at the wrong times. Unfortunately, this book and I are not meant to be.
