I went to college and definitely knew a lot of people in dysfunctional relationships, but Travis and Abby take the cake. How a girl can keep going back to a guy who is a complete time bomb and a stalker is pretty hard to grasp. However, after reading the first book, I did like the premise of reading the same story from the point of view of the other person in the relationship (this time it was Travis), but even though I could see his rationale in some areas, I still came out with the same opinion of him (yes, a great-looking guy with a good heart, but truly a ridiculously possessive guy with serious issues who needed therapy in many areas).

Author is a racist. This review is null and void. I could've just stuck with Beautiful Disaster to be honest. Travis was a lot of work to read about. He was a headache and I still think he's Bipolar as all kinds of hell. The story and relationship of Abby and Travis I still thoroughly enjoy but I liked it more through Abby's P.O.V. I don't know, I'm just a little bit disappointed in this book but I guess I'm still glad that I read it (?). I'm conflicted. Damn you Travis Maddox. Damn you.

Oh and damn that epilogue and all of the unwanted feels it gave me. Damn it all.

If I had read this book first, and not Beautiful Disasters, this would have been 5 stats for me.  His pov was perfect.

*4.5*
Oh my gosh that epilogue made my heart grow like 17 sizes! I loved this just as much as Beautiful Disaster, if not a little bit more. I'm so excited to continue reading about the Maddox boys. Abby and Travis' journey is one I will never forget. With that being said, I say goodbye to them with glossy eyes. I utterly loved their story.

Romance from Travis's perspective. "Walking Disaster" is a novel that offers an alternative perspective to the events of "Beautiful Disaster." It tells the story through the eyes of Travis Maddox, the protagonist of the original book. Readers get to delve deeper into Travis's thoughts, feelings, and experiences, shedding new light on the events and characters from "Beautiful Disaster." The book explores themes of love, intensity, and personal transformation as it reimagines the narrative from Travis's point of view.

Basically Beautiful Disaster told from the perspective of Travis. In this particular instance, I found the epilogue to be rather intriguing, despite the fact that it exacerbated my overall disapproval of Travis's character. To be frank, I'm generally not very fond of romance novels when they're narrated from a male perspective. Moreover, I felt that Travis's viewpoint didn't offer a comprehensive understanding of the story's intricacies.

This reading experience left me with a sense of time wasted, intensifying my unfavorable opinion of Travis as a character.

I actually liked this book more than the first one. It just made me fall in love with Travis. Knowing his part of the story was just so relieving. And the epilogue made this book so much better. :’) Reading it felt just right, I’m so happy the story ended the way it deserved to end. <3

I almost didn't finish this book. The first book in the series was good. I enjoyed the story mostly and didn't have many complaints. I was excited when I found out there was a second book - but in Travis's pov. BUT WHAT A LETDOWN. There was NOTHING new in this book - nothing more than what we had already read in the first book. I felt like I was reading the *same exact thing.*
I was extremely let down by this book and by the author. Don't write a second book - telling the same exact story - and claim it's "new and from a different point of view."
It honestly made me dislike Travis by the middle of the book because for 400+ pages - he just cries and throws a fit about not having Abby.

I wish the first book was written and left alone. This book did nothing for the story.
