I have to be honest, I do not like books with talking animals (it has to be done right). So this was a stretch for me. But the graphics were amazing and I am glad I gave it a chance.

As an avid reader of the series beforehand, This would be a great way to begin reading the series and enjoying the Warrior Cats Series. There have been spin off stories done in the way of graphic novels but this book retells the first book in the series extremely well. The illustrations were very well done and it helps to identify the cats in your mind when looking forward to other books in the series. Can't wait to read the next one!

Had to read this GN because I was obsessed with warrior cats as a kid. Loved the trip down memory lane. It is fast paced like everyone says but cute and worth it if you loved the books imo.
