Maybe it should be a bit lower but for nostalgic sake it’s 4
Honestly a disappointment, they cut a lot of important scenes

This was a really fun, quick read. There were a few things cut from the story that I'd expected to see and the side characters weren't featured as heavily as in the novels, though that's reasonable given the change of storytelling medium. The art was absolutely brilliant, so no complaints on that front.

I feel like parts of this book are too fast, and probably should have been split into two separate books instead of combining the first two novel into one. However, the art is a massive glow up from previous comics, and many of the plot holes are smoothed over or fixed. I wouldn’t say read it instead of the novels, but I would say it’s worth it to buy this book, especially if you’re already a fan.
