This was such a thoughtful and insightful reflection - a kind of healing we all wish we could do.

I love the author's way of approaching herself on a time continuum. Unique and fun with a side of pathos.

Such an incredible read that I couldn’t have written to myself. I love the honesty and accountability Sophie shares. A read that feels easy and light because of its format, but truly touches on deep and difficult topics. Can’t wait to start reading through her recommended book list as well that is at the end of the book.

I love the concept. Had me going through my old journal. I just wish that I had written more than a couple dozen entries my entire childhood.
