It was really sweet and heartwarming and what I needed to hear right now. Favorite sections were about mental health and body image. Gave me a new perspective on self harm. Honestly, I wish polyamory was something she talked about, since she thanked her 3 partners in the acknowledgements!
Graphic: Body shaming and Self harm
Moderate: Eating disorder
Minor: Panic attacks/disorders, Pandemic/Epidemic, and Mental illness

As an avid journaler since age 11, I really liked this book of teen journal excerpts and adult reflection on them!

Brilliant, perfect, love it. Loving, understanding letters from the present-day author to her teenage diarist self. Such a simple concept and so beautifully executed.
