What a sweet yet deep read. I wish I’d had this book when I was a teenager, but I sure still managed to learn a lot from it now.

This is a great book for anyone struggling with mental health, and especially those that struggle with their inner child. This book had great, wise lessons, admitted there are still things with which the adult version of Sophie deals, and an acknowledgment that even older Sophie will likely know more.

Current Sophie responds to selections from her teenage journal entries. Important lessons for today's teens and anyone that remembers what it was like to ever be a teen.
