This is the second time I’ve read this book, although technology continues to change rapidly and there are many newer examples of behavioral addiction and societal issues, I think that this book does an amazing job of highlighting how technology has become what it currently is in global culture. This book has inspired me to reflect on my own habits and encourages self-improvement without being a self-help book.
