Once again Katie MacAlister has made a HUGE HIT! Talk about absolutely the most fun series to read! In this one we have Aisling and Drake "trying" to get married. Yet every time they try something seems to crop up.

From the Summary "Most brides just have in-laws to worry about. Me? I have warring dragons, ticked-off demon lords, eternal damnation, and a mage who wants to challenge me for an otherworldly position I don’t even want. At least Jim, my doggie-demon, is always at my side. He’s never let me down—yet…" And this isn't even half of the excitement you will find between the pages of this book!

I love how Aisling grows in this series. From the totally incompetent, always getting herself into trouble, into a semi-competent and getting OUT of trouble woman. I adore Drake and the dragons as a whole.

I have to say I still adore Jim. And he still cracks me up to the point of tears.

If you want a fabulous series to read this is the one to read! You will laugh until your sides hurt! I highly recommend this series to anyone wanting a good laugh and who loves paranormal books!

To make it easy for you to find them all I have listed all the books in order! ENJOY!!!
Aisling Grey books in order
1. Playing With Fire
2. Fire Me Up
3. Light My Fire
4. Holy Smokes

I think I liked this one the best of the series. There were fewer glaring plot holes and the ending felt tighter.

It was still riddled with character stupidity and too much sex as a plot pacing device, but I think the author was going for humor more than credibility with this series so I've tried not to be too hard on her for it over all.

Aisling Grey is always a good time. There was a point where she was acting like such an idiot that I thought I would have to toss the book in the garbage BUT luckily another character stepped in and called her on her stupidity, which quickly ended thank all that is good in the world! Brain candy, but a fun, funny read with steamy dragons. ;)

An unsatisfying conclusion to the "Aisling Grey, Guardian" series, there are too many characters (including new ones) with not enough to do. There are also loose ends aplenty, and it was in general an annoying book. If I read that Aisling "gritted her teeth" one more time I was going to scream! Jim's humor also wears thin in this volume.
All this won't stop me from continuing to MacAlister's next series, "Silver Dragons", which has some of the same characters!

This series is too good- I really need to buy them! I quite enjoyed this book. My only real complaint is that the books require a somewhat detailed memory for the plots of the previous books- which I certainly do not have. I really need descriptions of the previous books before attempting to read these. Well written, funny, exciting- I love the Aisling Grey series.

The final in the series, this was a satisfying conclusion to a generally enjoyable series. It didn't have the impact on me that MacAlister's other books have had, but all in all I couldn't find much wrong with them either. The heroine Aisling Grey must overcome several obstacles in her quest to marry Drake (how does 4 attempts at getting married in one book go for a record) and the humour was out in force, although I still think Book 2 was the funniest in the series. Quite an enjoyable read
