I think I enjoyed aspects of this book more than it's actuality. The storyline and how everything interchanged between different povs and alternate story lines that eventually wove together wasn't translated great in the audio. I think it actually started to get intriguing to me about 65% on, once a few of the dots were connected.

The continuous use of different names throughout the story was very confusing as a listener. I didn't know who people were talking about half the time and then realized it was the same exact characters people were just calling them by different names. I feel like this would have read smoother rather than listened smoother.

Some aspects of the supernatural realism were better thought out than others. This dealt with a lot of dark, sad topics in a interesting avenue. Very reflective reading.
