This was an incredible read. Definitely my favourite book in the entire series. Robert Jordan grabs the threads he has weaved throughout the last couple books and weaves a fantastic story in this book, with numerous hype moments and also emotional moments.
It's been a while since I've read the wheel of time and I burned through this one (like two days..), there's something special about this book, the atmosphere, the story, the characters, the magic/power systems are amazing and I entirely look forward to reading the following books in the series.
Rand and Matt were great characters and both were my favourites but Rand managed to eek ahead in the last 10%. It's great to see these characters develop over the books.
Onwards to Lord of Chaos

Another great entry in the series each book only gets better so far. The world is great, every chapter just sets the hooks deeper into me. The twists and turns in this book were amazing. I can’t wait to start the next one.

Better than the last one which was insufferably boring. Thank the Light it's picking up again.
