Got about 50 pages into this Edwardian historical, but the lack of any real goal, motivation, or conflict for either of the protagonists made me set it aside.

The issues I had with the first book in this series lingered into this one. Basically there was a lot of characters I didn't find interesting and a weak plot that slowed the pace down for me. Also didn't feel like the time period was fully developed since this read almost exactly like a Regency romance but was not set in the Regency. Slightly disappointed.
