Look, you need to leave common sense, any form of respect, decency, and suspend all forms of belief. Absolutely filthy smut scenes with some decent plot sprinkle on top. Also don't question how Ryat has access to all the different drugs that he uses.
I had a good time reading it but this book had no business being this long

I don't want to say anything about the people who like this, but... really? All nonsense aside (everyone has already written what they want to write), what are the song names sprinkled throughout the story? maybe a weird advertising strategy? What a waste of time it was, luckily I gave up halfway through. Hundreds of books are waiting for me to read.

Blakely was insufferable.
I loved the plot but I feel it could have been executed better. It felt slow at times and I don't understand how this book is "Darker" than books like Hunting Adeline or Taming Seraphine, it is just school with a couple of murders and nothing else, a possessive MMC doesn't make a Dark Romance darker because of it.
I enjoyed Aiden Snow's narration. But I don't know if it is worth to read the next books in the series.
