☆ 3/5 ☆ - honestly, i don’t know what to say. this was intriguing enough to pull you in and make you feel like you were the main character, but it really lacked .. oomph? nonetheless, it still frightened me but i think i wished for something a bit more gory (regardless of the fact that it’s focused more on the mindset and emotions the mc fights with to get through his situation).
King said this was his favourite thing he wrote, and honestly I can't see WHY.
His writing literally feels like something written just to be written, and he said it himself, he forces himself to write 4 pages a day, and thats not how good writing is done.
