What can I say... I bought this book 1.5 years ago and have digested it bit by bit. Day by day. Taken notes profusely. Yet, I still haven’t fully fathomed the depth of the dialectics of phenomenology. Will have to read again in 10 years...

His whimsical reflections on "poetics" / language seem light and simple, even airy at times, but don't underestimate! This book is overprinted for a reason--because these investigations expose a less-explored aspect of the linguistic experience. Pair this book with something psychoanalytical for the full experience of comparison.
