This book was a fun fast read.
I will say parts of it were a bit predictable for me. And I had conflicting feelings for jace, sometimes he was such an ass I couldn’t understand how he could be so selfish and blind, but then he would be protective and understanding and pour his heart out. Ughhh they definitely were in an impossible situation.
I wish there was more spice and less bickering.
All in all I’d say it’s a fun read to break things up.

At first, I wasn't able to relate to the main characters that much but then they quickly grew on me! There were so many ups and downs in the books, and I couldn't put it down! I would love to see a second book that focuses on Gemma and (maybe Seth?!). Loved it!
Faith and Jace gave me all the feels. Tennessee Truths was raw, emotional and I loved every bit of it. It had a perfect ending and it made my heart happy how it worked out. I loved Faith and how she finally found the real her and came back to her southern roots.

Tennessee Truths is... choppy. The plot seems cut and paste. It does not flow nicely. I do not like this that much. But the overall story is fine. It is actually full of moral messages for young girl to be strong. Just the execution needs more work.
The chemistry between the characters also choppy. Sometimes it is cold, sometimes it is hot. the conversation is also choppy.
Alright, I am super busy today so the review have to be short.

Heartbreak everywhere!
I actually think this book has a lot of potential. Where the story takes place as described by the author, the main character has strong qualities that show up in different parts of the book and she shows she has a spine even with all her trauma, the bad boy has some protectiveness that could make him redeemable and the story is so much against Pop that she has the opportunity to actually find herself and stand on her 2 feet which she actually acknowledges at one point in the book…and yet she still ends up with someone who is looking for every reason to not trust her and leave her on her own. His nickname The Fool, is completely accurate. I probably won’t put in my reread pile and I wouldn’t need it in my book collection.

I rarely read romance books, mainly because I can’t stand the idea of “insta-love” with two people becoming obsessed with each other by page 5.. ick
