Liked it especially the person preforming it! I would recommend people listen and look at the book at the same time. I know she is going to end up with Aaron but he is a psycho! He made her torture a toddler! I don’t know how we are gonna turn this around. Since it was spoiled for me I never liked Adam and their love story but it is what it is

This book was so freaking corny and dumb and I loved every second of it. I am going to inhale the rest of this series. Middle school me would’ve made this her entire personality (like I did with Divergent). I could sit here and poke wholes in the character development and plot or whatever but I’m not going to. This has all the classic YA early 2000s tropes and I love it. And quite honestly I DO like some of these characters. Do I feel like there could be more development? Sure. But it’s the first book in a series so who knows what secrets we’ll uncover. Reading this book felt so nostalgic. Can’t wait to continue this ya diet x-men series. On to the next!
