I pulled this one off my MIL's shelf as well. I was surprised at how good it was. The pacing was great, and it touches on an interesting topic from a perspective I am not used to reading about. A classic fast-paced thriller.

I am not sure I agree with the main character's choices and opinions at the end, but that does make sense with the perspective and tonality of the book. A great read!

This was just ok for me. One of the characters was an evil YouTuber and the dialog was beyond cringey. I just didn’t care for any of the characters so I wasn’t invested in anything happening.

I'm sorry but this was so boring. I also did not enjoy the narration at all. It certainly would have benefitted from having multiple narrators, but even so, it was just a mess. The way the different POVs were written was confusing. The story overall just seemed so ridiculous.

I called pretty much every single twist, but it was still a good time
