Don't mind me, I'm updating my favorites shelf. And I feel it is Very Important for everyone to know that this is my all time favorite book, I have reread it so many times it's insane. I love it.

A good, easy, quick read that delivers lots of family drama and touches on many important topics, with only the most PG of romances. The issues are more mature though, including eating disorders, rape, anger management. But the overall theme of honesty, speaking up, listening, avoiding misunderstandings, therapy, and of course, music are all easily presented in a slightly dated early 2000s plot that is almost “historical” fiction to today’s teens!!
