Not me near tears over a character describing their love interest's AuDHD symptoms with adoration and awe (┬┬﹏┬┬)

The first time I've enjoyed Book 2 in a series better than Book 1 (Get a Life, Chloe Brown, though I still loved that too).

This was such a perfect romance for me, I love both the friends to lovers and the fake dating tropes and this has both of those. Plus a bisexual plus-sized main character! Hardly any miscommunication and what was there was done excellently.

The male love interest was absolutely perfect, which I very rarely say. I loved him so much. Dani was incredible and absolute life goals. I loved how they both work through their issues and felt like such realistic characters (though Dani did feel a bit unrealistically immature at times). Spice was top notch too.

So yeah overall I absolutely adored every minute of this.

An absolutely swoon worthy love story with a cast of so many friends and family! It felt deep, rich and emotional and ever so lovely!

What the fuck. Is Talia Hibbert the queen of romance? I think she might be. The romance is believable and there is chemistry and it’s hot. I love her characters… I mean… a bisexual sex loving witch?! A romance reading Indian rugby player?! Fake relationship? Plants? Goddesses? Career focused woman? Fuck I love it.

This is such an amazing fake-dating romantic comedy with beautiful emotional growth plot lines surrounding GAD and toxic relationships, with a fantastically written romance and truly fun sex scenes. The representation in this book also feels so seamless and natural and non-fetishized, and contributes really well to the development of the characters’ incredibly engaging personalities. Read this if you want an amazing romantic comedy with a brilliant, funny, confident-and-insecure, emotionally-closed-off-but-growing, practicing witch, PhD candidate, tenure-track professor, bisexual, Black woman lead and her romantic, ex-pro rugby player, Muslim, Pakistani, emotionally-working-on-himself, non-profit running, family-loving “fake” boyfriend!

This was so cute and might be a new fave 😍 I liked this even more than Chloe Brown.
