A great way to start off a new series. I love that Riordan brought back the cast of characters that started this whole world out while still setting up the new series with some new characters. I look forward to continuing on with this quest !

TL;DR: An ancient god gets turned mortal as a punishment for something he doesn’t really remember. He needs to help the demigods find oracles so they can start going on quests.

I’m not sure how I feel about this book series yet. I read the Percy Jackson books; they were great. I missed the series in between these series because I’m unfamiliar with the Roman storyline. However, I liked the discussion around the other gods being important and powerful.
