I devoured this book in less than a day. I was so glad to revisit the fantastic world of the explorers clubs. Ursula is such a lovely character and I loved the mermaid theme throughout the book. Alex Bell has a splendid imagination, therefore it is an easy 5 stars⭐️

I think this was written a bit more juvenile than the previos books but I still had quite a good time reading it.

Book 4 in this series is exciting and packed with adventure. It starts quickly with the crew members having to trust each other in order to make decisions. Will they make it? One of the best series out there I would not hesitate to order these books, Alex Bell is an excellent writer.

Actual rating: 3,5 stars! Not as fun als the polar bear explorers club, but I guess I just prefer a more wintery setting. The adults in these books are the biggest idiots I’ve ever seen

I think this is my favourite book in the series so far. It was gripping, fast paced, exciting and atmospheric and I loved all the magical underwater creatures. My only mild criticism is that the ending felt a little rushed, but it did set up the next book and I'm very glad I don't have long to wait to read that one! 

This whole series is just so whimsical and imaginative, I love it.
