Although Hesselholdt appears to be aiming for the kind of intelligent dissection of relationships I associate with Bergman's 'Scenes from a Marriage' the outcome is less than satisfactory. I also found the representation of BAME characters highly problematic. A tedious depiction of white, middle-class angst.
