Funny comic about the "The Guild-members" - read it after you have read the "Codex" story

Love how the voices ring so true, even through graphic novel style. A nice backstory/add-on to the web series.

I really enjoyed reading the back stories of the members of The Knights of Good. This graphic novel had just the right amount of humor and serious stories. I've been watching The Guild since its first episode and I've really always wanted to know more about the characters and just like the first edition of these comics - I got exactly what I hoped for! I'm happy all the backstory was presented in this way rather than an episode because the show left me wondering and wanting to pick up the comics. Well done, and I loved the various art styles and sketches included.

This is another prequel to the television show that has the same humor and sensibility as the show. This one is broken up into separate character stories. Some are better than others but all are very true to the actors who play the roles in the show. Overall this graphic novel wasn't as good as the other prequel but still enjoyable to those who like the show.

This comic made me laugh out loud. Felicia did a great job fleshing out Clara's wild and wacky backstory and showed that despite their differences, her and Wiggly are a great couple. The cover art and pin-up from Howard Chaykin is beautiful too. It's my favorite Guild one-shot after The Guild: Fawkes

I was really excited to get this TBP since I've only read the Fawkes comic and couldn't find all the one-shots at my local comic book shop.

Loved it!

My favorite was Tink's one-shot. She's always making up stories and I loved how it all came together at the end with all the books/dvds/games lying around her room. Quite clever!

Ugh. That was horrible. Though inconsistently horrible. Some of it was much worse - Clara in particular. No wait I think Zaboo was worse. Not going to read the sequel. And not funny.

It didn't grab me as quickly as The Guild#1 did, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Clara remains my favourite and I enjoyed her little story. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Tink's as she's never been one that I've connected with. Well done again Felicia.

First, I read very few graphic novels. I'm not big into comics. I do pick up a few when they relate to something I already like in other media (Buffy S8, Fray, The Walking Dead, V for Vendetta) or if I see an artist somewhere that I like, like Dragon*Con (Ted Naifeh). So, keep that in mind. :)

I REALLY liked the first TB with Codex as the focus. It was really funny and highly enjoyable. This one was slightly less so, but still really good. I thought the character's voice was captured really well in each chapter, and they're all very distinct. Is there a plan for more of these? I'd totally buy them, though in the TB version...I'm not a fan of having a lot of the small comics around, but I like the nice TB versions.
