Definitely a great ending to this trilogy, though I wish there were more. More text and feeling and writing between Warner and Juliette.

I loved seeing the evolution from broken, shattered (see what I did there?) Juliette who had been locked up for almost a year to the Powerful Juliette who can control her strengths and lead many towards peace. When I started reading, and learning about J's power and life, I never would've expected her to turn out the way she did. She was definitely a main character that you wanna read about. Someone who's dynamic. Who always changes. Someone who makes you wanna read more. To go on their journey with them.

Although J had me at every moment, Adam was a complete ass (sorry for those Adam fans). He changed completely and made me hate him for almost the entire novel. He just wouldn't except what was going to happen anyways.

And Warner. That son of a bitch. (Sorry for my language.) I would have to say that he is the second most changed character. In Shatter Me, we saw him as a terrible man who loves to torture the lives of others and take what is not rightfully his. Mafi made us hate this character because he represented the bad guy, the villain. In Unravel Me he changes. Or we do. The perspective is changed, the angle we see him. We now see his longing for Juliette. We see that he is fooled by what his heart feels. We don't see the man who loves to torture others. We see a boy who drowns in his own childhood. A childhood of his unloving father. Warner desperately reaches out to Juliette but she pushes him away and runs to Adam, who he seeks as an obstacle he must get rid of. In Ignite Me, we see the tender and charming side of him. The side the cares for Juliette, who would put her happiness over his. He shows us his real intentions of his actions in Shatter Me. In Ignite Me, we fall in love with Warner. We feel sympathy for him in his steps toward defeating his father.

This novel, or rather entire series have been an epic journey through love, fighting your inner demons and making a change in the world. One person can make a difference.

Let us not forget Kenji, our saviour through every dark moment. Let us remember this snarky and annoying little shit that made us laugh when we needed it most and for being there for Juliette when she needed him most.

I loved it from the first but the book let me down in the end.

The war was too easy and it would've been way better if Warner had killed Anderson.

And I really hope that the blond pressure wave boy has some significance in the next books even though he's dead. Because he felt like nothing. The war on the whole felt like nothing. That's a let down.

I fell in love with Warner for the I've-lost-count-th time. If the next book doesn't have bonding scenes between Aaron and James, I'm going to hate the whole series.

Finally Juliette transformed into a girl I don't hate. I think the author flipped the characters too hard. Adam's character arc was a little odd. Not relatable. On the other hand, Warner's was so good.

I’m conflicted between giving this book a 4 or 5 ⭐️ rating. It’s my favourite from the series so far, but I feel like Anderson died so fast? Like isn’t he supposed to be less easily killable? Idk. I really only liked the book cause we finally got Juliette and Warner together
