I always love the intertextuality of Shakespeare’s works, here with Prospero asking to be set free by the audience in the epilogue.

Really fascinated about the ways  coercion and hierarchies of power and race operate throughout. Everything is about how little they know about the island they are inhabiting, about the status and power they come from, and power they want to posses.
