This one was lacklustre. There was a lot that could have happened but didn’t. The potential helps me understand why it gets reimagined a lot… but the source material is far from Shakespeare’s best.

I had to read this for school it was as dry as a saltine cracker and the old English is not my thang

We're going to see Cheek by Jowl's production in a couple of days, and I thought it was a good idea to read and teach this play. It isn't my favorite -- mostly the characters don't have a whole lot of redeeming characteristics.
