This had me HOOKED from the outset, and really just continued from there. It's everything a good contemporary romance should be, funny, sweet (Prem calling Kareena "Rina, honey" constantly should have been aggravating but it was decidedly not), spicy scenes to make your toes curl, elements of family AND found family, with what imo was also really wonderful representation of the South Asian community. Want to immediately re read!!!

This book is based on a trope that I dislike - person A telling person B something clearly and person B being upset when what person A said is what person A is like. Between that and the fact that I am more actions than words for 'love' the plot line just wasn't for me. But I believe that had I not had those hang ups would've been a very fun read.
