Started off strong and made some good points, but throughout the course of the book the author became very pretentious and annoying to me. Wouldn't recommend.

Best enjoyed in snippets, and ideally not during a pandemic when you already have more silence in your life than you may wish for.

I nibbled at this book so to try and reflect on the little chunks. Some of the book was really poignant and I took things I want to practice more. Some parts were a little name-droppy/obnoxious...or maybe I just disagreed with the author in those moments.

This is a far too generous 2star rating. I disliked it so much I'd give it a 1star, but the problem were the people that recommended it to me, and the synopsis itself.
