I picked up this book from the library by coincidence, I saw the title and was intrigued. I am glad I read this book. Funnily enough this book seems to encapsulate my current self exploration journey. Erlinge discusses the role of silence on a practical and experiential level as well as philosophically. I appreciated this book and enjoyed his exploration. Not a fan of the few curse words or his photo at the back of the book which made me create false assumptions about who he is as a person.
