What I love:

1. I love these idiots (proportionally) hahah! 2. Backman's words are easy to understand thus I can follow just fine and invested in almost every words. Doesn't take much to process what is happening in the book–becomes a strong point this book has in my opinion.
3. Realness of the life-quotes... Man. Slaps my right and left cheeks without being asked (but that's okay, we need some good slaps sometimes).
4. Short & witty chapter openings. Backman is genius for this.

What I don't love:
1. In my opinion even if I am miserable or having problems at the moment I will take time to think and resolve them. Do whatever I can so that I won't grate people with my ‘business’ unneccessarily–take my frustation to ones who do not deserve it.

Which is why I am not vibing with London and Zara. They are rude and choose violent verbal at most time. Living breathing evidence of nasty gals.

However when the story goes I understand why London was rude, why Zara was always snarky. I understand, sadness can do so much for people and I :((((( still this is like a reminder to me that I won't be like this if I am able to prevent it. Succumb to sadness is totally understandable, I just don't want to make live in it.

2. I can't think anything else.

I am giving 4 instead of 5 because I have an issue with one major plot point. If I didn’t listen to 1.5 chapters this was a perfect book.

I can’t believe it took me 4 separate attempts to get into this book. It started slow, but by chapter 15 I couldn’t put it down. Very very good.

A wonderful story. I found myself laughing out loud multiple times, and almost crying. A gem of a book.
