Anthologies are the best. You get to "sample" a bunch of authors. You get to enjoy a bunch of different stories, all unique and special. It is a guilt free read because no one expects you to love every story, which would be nice, but lets face it we all have different likes. The best anthologies for me are those that benefit a great cause. 100% of the proceeds from this anthology goes to the American Cancer Society.

My favorite Story was Wet Kisses by Susan Griscom. Adrian is a dolphin shifter. Who knew there were dolphin shifters. Blew me out of the water. He is building an underwater hotel and hires a designer that is so much more than a female for an eye for design. Making the story even better was the conflict between Adrian and a werewolf.

Another story that was a joy to read was For Haven's Sake by Nicole Garcia. I am thinking I need to join Shifter Addicts Anonymous. But not until I check out more books by the authors that contributed to this anthology. I wolfed down this book. I devoured the stories. I need more more more.

Immortal Desires A Collection of Paranormal Romance Novels by Various Artists
5 Stars!!!!!

This is just a sweet little collection of paranormal romances. I like the variety of authors and the variety of paranormal subjects. I found that each book complimented one another and just added the right zest to the collection. Each author has their own unique style and I found this collection to be quite refreshing.

My utmost favorite was Flirty Dancing by Jennifer Theriot. This is the fourth book in her Series and I can I just say I wasn't disappointed. I really like how the book seems to keep the flow of the series. I really felt the emotions that Kitty was going through. When your time is up your time is up but she definitely was gone too soon. I really like how the author ties different prospects of the afterlife and gives the slight comedy twist as well as keeping the romance in it. I really look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

I really enjoyed the rest of the collection but another absolute favorite was For Haven's Sake by Nicole
Garcia. I love wolf books and I find that each author brings their own unique flavor to them. This book was no exception. I really ‪like how he ends up helping with wild wolves. I like how the author sets up the story with Jax and how he ends up where he does. I found myself really routing for Haven and couldn't wait for the secrets to come out. I have to say that I was really glued to the pages to see how it would all turn out with Jax's and Haven. I found Jax's character to be very brave to follow what he wanted to do and not just bend to the packs rules and take on being the Alpha. There was just a perfect balance of drama entwined with romance. I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future.

Immortal Desires Anthology
5 stars

The Immortal Desires Anthology was a wonderful collection of stories and I thoroughly enjoyed every one that I read. I loved that there were authors in the anthology that I had read previously and also some new to me authors! I love finding new authors to read. Each story brought something different to the collection and they were all excellently written. I was really excited to see Jennifer Theriot (JD Frettier) included in this set as I love her writing and Flirty Dancing was definitely one of my favourites from this collection. Her writing never fails to entertain me and I liked that it was linked to other books that I have read by her.
If you are a fan of paranormal stories then there is definitely something for you in this anthology – I thought that it was a wonderful collection of stories that I highly recommend!

This is a collection of short stories that are full of paranormal hotness by a group of great authors. There is something for everyone, you may just find your next favorite author. One of my favorite stories was Flirty Dancing. The author brought the story to life, it has humor and steam. Kitty finds herself in The Green Room after falling and smashing her head. But you will have to read this to find out what The Green Room is but you won’t regret picking up this anthology, a must read!

This anthology is a collection of stories that all have to do with…immortals. Vampires, shifters, ghosts just to name a few. With so many great stories, this anthology is sure to have something for everyone.

I recommend the story by Jennifer Theriot called Flirty Dancing because it was a mix of utter sadness and far-fetched hilarity! No one really knows what happens to us after our deaths and Theriot gives us just one view with this easy fun read.

If you’re looking for a different kind of immortal…like say a wolf shifter? Check out the story by Nicole Garcia called For Haven’s Sake. After reading this story, the title takes on a different meaning. Great story but the ending just means there HAS to be more to come! Right?!
You can’t go wrong with this anthology!

This collection was completely awesome...Im not normally a major paranormal fan but this collection had some authors that I have read before and absolutely loved. By taking a chance on this I now have added to this list and have new authors that I must read more from. I must also mention that the fact that the proceeds from this box set benefit The American Cancer Society was the first reason I grabbed it and Im thankful I did because I sincerely enjoyed it.

Some of the stories I truly wish had been longer but many of them are part of a series so I can solve that by grabbing those. One of many of my favorites of the whole collection is Flirty Dancing by Jennifer Theriot...I've read the few before that story and if your curious at all read them, although I can see Flirty being read as a standalone..you would get much more enjoyment if you had all the back stories from the other characters in this story. It's a fun read yet also has those times that make you sad and find yourself feeling the feelings that Kitty was feeling and I loved that the author could do this.

Another of my favorites was On The Run by Casey Hagen...This one grabbed me in the first chapter and I was laughing out loud through most of it...I have already bookmarked this author's other books as her writing style was amazing.

I wish I could write full reviews of all of the stories but that would take me way too long so I will just stop here and say you must pick this collection, for many reasons, but one of the main is these are all 5 star authors and even though I'm not normally a paranormal fan...these stories had me totally wrapped.

Loved it!

The Dragon and the Vampire - AK MIchaels
Ronan is the director of the SEB. He joined shortly after its inception and rose quickly. Although now mostly a desk jockey, which he hates, he still likes to get out of the office and kick ass on occasion. He has some moves for a 400 year old plus Vampire!!! He is tasked with searching for and protecting a dragon, long thought extinct, by his sire, Josef.

Starr, said dragon, has been on the run for so long, she no longer trusts anyone and is forever on the watch for hunters. When she first encounters Ronan and his team she doesn't smell the stench of black magic on them but that doesn't mean she's going to trust the "bloodsucking leech". Their second encounter sows the seeds of trusts and when they finally meet face to face she feels a natural pull towards him.

No spoilers here but I loved the interplay and building relationship between them. There was no real insta-love but the slow burn of attraction. Ronans attitude, macho over a soft gooey centre is so sweet. I love that he swears in Irish Gaelic as it sets him apart from the umpteen other vampires floating around. Starr, is fiercely independent and used to taking care of herself. I don't know why but I hear her in my head with a New York or New Jersey accent, no idea why!!!! The sparks between Fang and Puff are ridiculously hot.

Zane - Elaine Barris

Zane has lived a long time as a vampire but even vampires get burned in the love department! He fell in love with Lindy through her writing and finally worked up a plan to meet her.

Lindy is still settling into her new life. Divorced because her husband is an ass and can't accept her writing. She also has to put up with a mother who doesn't support her either! She is knocked for six when Zane is her assistant at an adult convention and her life quickly spirals out of control.

She doesn't want to get sucked into a man's life again. She wants to be her own person and let her inner bad girl out! But finding out that the supernatural world is real and they are adoring fans...well that might be just too much for even Lindy to handle!

I loved who Zane never tore down Lindy. He built her up and was always there to be her strength when she needed it. He loved that she came out of her shell with him and they did things that she never did with her husband. London (aka Lindy) is sensationally naïve, warm, smart and sexy! She has real self-esteem issues which Zane puts to bed!

OMG the "visions" that he shares with Lindy could melt your kindle!
