This book had me for the longest time. Scary, thrilling, adventurous. But, as I continued reading I began to wonder if I was reading the children's classic, "Where the Wild Things Are". A story of a kidnapped woman living amongst a family of Bigfoots/Sasquatch in the forest... it was at this point that I thought the story got quite hokey and couldn't bring myself to finish it.
Well, it was definitely an interesting introduction to the world of Christian literature.

I’m not sure how this got on my list. Generally responses to a FB post I write down are the odd ones on there. This isn’t my general genre so it started off at a deficit. I thought the story was alright. There some twists but I didn’t care for any of the character really. I listened to this and it was read by the author. That was partially a good thing but somewhat over the top with emphasis and the added sound was a turn off for me.
