This was brilliant! Kylie Scott rocks the male POV! I thought Eric had the best voice, I couldn’t get enough! Page after page I was smiling and feeling emotional all rolled into one. This was so sweet, funny, and charming. My absolute favorite in the series!
I loved this slow burning romance between Eric and Jean. They had a wonderful building friendship and it just filled me up and made me happy. It was really entertaining seeing certain things through Eric’s eyes and the thought process he went through while he figures himself out. I thought Eric had the best internal dialogue ever! I’m totally in love with him and his life crisis. All of Eric’s epiphanies made my heart swell. I kept falling more in love with him as the story went on. This is all Eric's POV and very much his story but I loved the feelings I'd get from Jean, the looks and that contemplation I could feel from her. I really liked her a lot.
I loved seeing all the characters from this series and enjoyed their interactions together, it made for some really funny moments! I also adored some crossover characters too, it made it that much more special. And the baby! Oh my. Eric with the baby pretty much made me melt, those scenes were so heartfelt and sweet, it was awesome. I loved Joe and Eric and their brotherly ways. All the different friendships and dynamics, even the rocky ones. There was a really tense side story happening that stressed me the heck out, I got it and understood, but man was it full of angst. I am super happy with how that all played in the end.
I love a story that makes me feel, that makes me smile and laugh and cry. That fills me up and has me on the edge of my seat waiting for my HEA. This story absolutely did that! Chaser was an engaging, fun, and sweet with the best male POV. Seriously fantastic! I could not get enough of Eric. A must read for sure!

Such a sweet friends-to-lovers / reformed playboy love story. Eric was not my favorite in the first two books in the series. But he really grew up in this one. I loved how his character development was gradual. He didn’t change his ways too quickly, but it was a slower, more realistic shift. And I loved how we got to see Jean and Eric as friends for a while before things progressed. It made their happily ever after all the sweeter.

Kylie Scott has become one of my safe authors because I know I will have such a fantastic time reading all of her books. I always enjoy her writing and the fun stories that she creates, and this new book was no exception. I'm also a total sucker for babies in romance novels, so this book had me hooked right from the beginning with all the cute baby scenes. Chaser has left me feeling joyful and warmed right to the heart. It was such a sweet romance and I was loving it to pieces. I wouldn't say this is my favourite of her novels, but I still enjoyed it immensely. I especially loved the characters in this book. Eric was such a fun spin on the player or manwhore trope and was a refreshingly new character who I absolutely adored. This was fantastic!
Eric has been labelled a man-whore by all those who know him and his friends think it's time he changed his ways, but don't believe that he has it in him to do it. Eric is ready to prove them wrong and swears off one-night stands, trying instead for good-old friendship. That is, until he saw Jean and returned to her old ways, but Jean wants nothing to do with him. Eric is okay with chasing women, but he soon finds out that Jean not only isn't interested but is also pregnant, heavily pregnant. Eric pretends that he's fine with her pregnancy, but in reality it frightens him and he takes his time avoiding her. But when Jean goes into an early labour, it is Eric who comes to help her.
I always really enjoy Kylie Scott’s books, and this was no exception. They're always fun, fast reads with such loveable characters. The characters were by far my favourite part of this book. I loved the oldies at the Dive Bar who had a constant presence as well as the cameo from the Stage Dive couples. The main characters, were absolutely fantastic, and probably my favourite aspect of the book. In particular, I really loved Eric. At first I thought he'd just be the usual player type, but he completely flipped this trope its head. He was a hilariously misunderstood character with a heart of gold. He was a bit awkward, loveable but still completely sexy when he needed to be. He has definitely become one of my new favourites from her books. I also really liked Jean, she took shit from no one but was still a very kind character. I do wish that she was just as developed as Eric though, because it seems like he had such a dynamic character but she had less memorable features.
Also, I loved the baby. How could I forgot about little Ada? I realise that I really love books that have children. I think it was absolutely adorable reading about Eric and Jean bonding over Ada. Eric was at first very awkward with her but soon they were best buddies and it was very humorous to read his dialogue with her. The scenes with Eric and Ada completely melted my heart, they were just unbelievably cute! Even writing about Ada, Jean and Eric now puts a smile on my face. It was so pure, fun and they make a perfect family.

This book was just so entertaining. I always find myself laughing and having the best time while reading one of Kylie Scott’s romance books. This wasn't the funniest of her books, but it was definitely still very fun and made me unbelievably happy while reading it. There was a perfect balance between humour, sweet moments and more serious scenes. Even with so many funny scenes, I still felt so emotionally connected to the main characters and invested in their romance. I really loved all the scenes of Jean and Eric together as they slowly grew from acquaintances to friends to lovers.

“life is like taking off a girl’s bra. You never know exactly what you’re gonna get, but however it turns out, it’s basically awesome.”

I so wanted to love this. I adore Dirty and the Stage Dive novels, but I found Eric annoying and repetitive. I understand he was growing and learning to see beyond himself, but he is not my favourite romance hero.
Despite that the book was a quick and fun read. I just won't be adding to my keeper shelf or re-reading it.

Amazingly sweet and very funny!
It's so refreshing to read as romance where there is way more than just sex and brooding! Kylie Scott writes amazing fleshed out characters and slow burn, mutually respectful romances.

If you would have told me before I read this that I would enjoy Eric's book more than Joe's, I would not have believed it. Before this book I hated Eric's character, I couldn't stand him and wasn't looking forward to a full book of him and his arrogance.
However, as usual Kylie Scott is a genius and this was the most beautiful redemption arc.
Eric's character and his changes were so well done. It was great seeing him grow as a man but also to see more of his personality other than arrogance and being a dick! I ended up really liking him. His love interest Jean was a beautiful character. A young single mum who has hang ups and insecurities. I loved the chemistry between them but more than that, the friendship. Jean's baby Ada was so vital to this story and I love how she was used and included.
The only reason this isn't a 5 Star read is that I felt the end finished too quickly. It just seemed a bit rushed and as I loved this story, I would have liked a little more.
Overall a wonderful ending to a fantastic series. I am such a huge fan of Kylie Scott and highly recommend this series and the Stage Dive series (which should be read first) to any adult romance lovers. They have great stories, characters brimming with personality and gorgeous romance and well written smut. What more could you want?!

Will Review the series (yes, I've read out of series...)
I loved the sweetness and honesty in this book. It was more emotionally hard-hitting than the previous two, which was a nice contrast to my expectations.
