I absolutely loved this book. While the ending felt sudden, the rest of the book had me tearing up multiple times. What a stunning addition to the Graceling Realm series.

I loved this on comparison to the 4th book. The love I have for this series has returned! I'm so glad we didn't have the same cast as before and instead we got to follow Hava!

I absolutely hated the loss of
Tulip the cat. I swear they would have had time to find them based on the description in the books and it broke my heart to read and wonder if they would show up in a lifeboat later, one Hava wasnt in. Blueberry also broke my heart.

I found Hope delightful and enjoyed how much she really provided to the people on this journey the essence of her name.

This is certainly not going to be a book for everyone, a lot of it could be considered boring (it wasn't to me but if I see complaints I would understand why they were made) but I LOVED IT.

I just finished Seasparrow and I’m hoping it’s not the last in the series; although it did just come out in November. This was a 4 ⭐️read for me. There were parts that were slow; but they were on a ship, what do you expect? I feel like Hava’s character had some really great autistic representation that isn’t normally in pop culture. (Iykyk) Whether that was intentional or not, I really loved it. I can’t wait to do a reread of all 5 books in the Graceling series at some point. They’ll always hold a special place in my heart.

This book is a fantastic addition to the series! I loved being inside Hava’s mind. I especially loved the tour of every character we know and love in this book. The balance and combination of magic and technilogical advances was beautiful and intriuging. I especially love how Kristin Cashore writes gender in this series. In this book especially, the way the foxes communicate with each other and people feels like a nod in agreement to the concept of intuition and vibes. Oh, and the ship was SO COOL. It took me right back to my Semester at Sea days :)
