I really enjoyed this pairing of a teacher and a single dad. The chapter starters with the objectives for students were so creative. I also loved how dedicated Noah was to Gennie and also his farm and Shay.

Shay has her heart broken and receives news that she is the sole recipient of a family farm in Friendship, Rhode Island. There are just a couple of rules in order to keep it…she must live there for a year and in that year she must also get married 😬 Noah is a broody grump who owns the farm next door and is the sole guardian of his niece and has had a crush on Shay since they were best friends in high school…🔥

This had amazing tension and the spice was HOT 🥵 Noah is this big, gentle, grump who is anything, but “gentle” in the bedroom 🔥😮‍💨 I love Shay and Noah’s dynamic as a couple. His quirky niece was adorable. The town of Friendship was everything you love and hate about a small town. I absolutely loved this book 🥰
