Took me a while to get into, but a few poems did really strike me, or at least specific lines from some if not the whole poem.

“I think, just for the joy of it, I’ll fly.
I believe I could.”

4 // Mary Oliver is her own brand of antidepressants. We love her.

“I’ll just leave you with this.
I don’t care how many angels can
dance on the head of a pin. It’s
Enough to know that for some people
They exist, and that they dance.”

I don't usually read poetry but sometimes it is nice to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new. However, since this is new territory for me, I feel unable to rate this collection of poetry. I will admit that for such a small book I have quite a collection of tabbed pages to copy certain passages due for keepsake.

I read this book at the exact right time, and fell in love with Mary Oliver's poems, and life, much harder than I thought I would.
