My God, this books just keep getting more intense as they go, don't they? I could feel Fireheart's uneasiness reading through the pages, but that makes the moments of happiness so rewarding, especially when he becomes mates with Sandstorm.

The death of Bluestar was dramatic, but not overbearing. The pain Fireheart feels for his mentor, Stonefur and Mistyfoot's regret of not spending time with their birthmother, and Bluestar's peace as she is about to reunite with everyone she lost (If you have read Bluestar's prophecy, you know what I'm saying)

Overall, an amazing read.
