3.97 AVERAGE

I really struggled to finish this book. I almost DNF several times. This was just horrible. It was incredibly, unnecessarily too long. There was so much werewolf smut, but it was repetitive and the very little "plot" that did exist was also repetitive.

I am super invested in this series, so I was always going to read this book, but it would be lying it I said that the “alpha male who likes to submit” part of the description didn’t make me super excited to read this book. I’m a sucker for these types of dynamics, so I knew I needed this book in my life.

This was such a brillant read. I love the world building in this series and the world is just so immersive and evocative, I feel like i’m really there with the characters. And as I mentioned before, the romance in this book was just wonderful and I adored the relationship dynamic between the main characters.

This was such a wonderful read.

Took me almost a month but not bad. I enjoyed the plot and the characters. Ru and Anwyll’s story and relationship was very interesting and the spice was definitely there. I definitely recommend and I’m excited to continue the series and read about the next relationship.

Great book!

Loves the first one but this one was even better! Definitely worth reading if you enjoy books about mythical creatures with a little spice!

Fantastically written and it just draws you into the world and hooks you! I’ve loved reading this book!! I am hooked on these yall!! Ya gotta read!

Oh my Goodness this author is amazing ! Been stuck in bed sick, but being able to read this book with high fever, takes it to another level. I just love the world this author builds and the characters. They’re amazing! The action in the story… is crazy, but so entertaining!

The main point of the story is Anwell finds his mate Ru, a leprechaun, yes, I said, that right…a leprechaun. Oh my God I was screaming. But he just met her, and now they have to go on a quest to her planet to get the ingredients needed to save his brothers life because his brother has already started getting the sickness.
The sickness is, if you don’t meet your mate at a certain amount of time then you get the sickness that makes you crazy and has you killing everyone around you and then kill yourself.

Let me just tell you if you wanna go on a freaking awesome adventure like no other, meeting amazing characters, spice level is through the roof!!! read this series NOW!!!!!!

Check trigger warnings! I will say there was one scene and I’m quite curious if it’s an actual werewolf trait, but because I was envisioning them as werewolves, it didn’t affect me but it might affect you, so please check your trigger warnings.

Super spicy adventure fated mates story

This had a different vibe than book one, with the MCs traveling between realms. Ru was an interesting mix of soft-hearted and fierce, with her switch fem-dom energy. Anwyll was broken in so so many ways and needed someone patient to help him grow. Their chemistry was fire. The world building was solid.

First and most important, I still follow this series as it progresses and I'm rooting for Rayne's eternal success with both fists pumping. While I've stepped away quite a bit as a reader I still feel it's important to support the authors I've been with since the beginning, so even though reading has been incredibly difficult for me I was ready to get started.

I was so NOT expecting the length of this book. Honestly, I was grateful because it was a book I could pick up and put down and still be just as in love with it as I've been with the rest of the series. Could we have done with less? I guess so, but why would you want less? I'll admit I'm less likely to re read this one later but I'll certainly skim my favorite bits.

Readers come in all shades and I think this will be great for the ones who hate getting to the end. When you just want to live the fantasy a little longer, this book is perfect. I'm in it for the whole journey!
