I listened to the audiobook and I have to say it was a treat to experience. I don’t think I would have liked this book as much if I had just read it without the audio but that’s not to say it wasn’t good.

The actually story was great, I can see why this has been recommended to me and why people love it so much. Definitely give the book a chance even if middle grades aren’t what you typically go towards ☺️

This was a pretty good book. I read it straight through and I enjoyed it a lot. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who likes suspense and a story requiring an open mind!

Unfortunately, this is far more like a middle grade book than YA. I can't recommend it

3.5 stars! i enjoyed this book. it is meant for a younger audience but i didn’t mind it being so. if the next in the series were to be available to me i would read it for sure! however i probably wouldn’t reread this one or worry too much about the next one. i still recommend this book! it’s very fun and an easy read, great book to get out of a slump.

Easy read but keeps you engaged

One of my rare rereads and I'm loving it as same as I did when I read it the first time. The writing is very simple this making this a light read although the topic is not the nicest one (you know, considering it is about a post-apocalyptic world). I totally recommend this to anyone who enjoys this theme.

Can't wait for the movie. This is one of the most amazing books I have read. Super compelling, lots of puzzles and mysteries mixed with fun SF. Too bad the second book is mostly terrible.
