While there's not a ton new here, it's really boiled down into a format that is easily read and will be referable for later, and of course adding swear words into self-help books is totally my jam.
i liked it, straight forward, no bullshit, and really made me think. i’m in a journey of bettering myself and i needed a lot of these words to push me even further. “you are not your thoughts. you are your actions. you are what you do”
This book was just what I needed in this point in my life. I will be putting these assertions into practice from here on out and hoping my life can change for the better.

I really loved the “shit or get off the pot” pep talk in the final chapter. I’ve relistened to it four times! Also the “I am willing” chapter is gold.

Glad I listened to the advice to get the audiobook. There is some solid stuff in there, but I felt like it got repetitive towards the end.
The audiobook version definitely adds a star. I am going to come back to some portions when I need a pep talk or kick in the butt.
Really enjoyed this self help book. His voice is great and the strategy is much better than most self help books.
