I've seen the anime so I knew everything that happened going into this book and I honestly loved it. There's so many mixed views on the anime and I get all the hate but the bits in Aincrad are honestly good. This was much better than the anime, it cut out all the unessecary filler/fanservice and just gave the complete plot and romance that I loved about the anime. It was fun to experience this adventure in a new way :)
