Just because you have money and have reached a point in your career, does not mean you should write a mother fudging book. The book is terrible. Obvious points, A LOT of fluff and banter to get to a word count. A disrespect to those who take literary seriously. And shame on whoever published this garbage.
In the transformative and inspiring book, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent," Gary Keller, Dave Jenks, and Jay Papasan come together to craft a roadmap for real estate professionals vying to elevate their careers to monumental heights. This work penetrates deep into the practical and psychological aspects of becoming a powerhouse agent, weaving a tapestry that is as much about mindset as it is about method. Whether you’re just stepping into the real estate sphere or have been navigating its waters for years, this book offers insights that challenge conventions and inspire innovation.

Passionate and insightful, the book promises to be a guide that readers will return to repeatedly, drawing upon its wisdom through the various stages of their careers. From understanding how to harness one’s mindset to embarking on a journey of long-term wealth creation, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" deftly bridges the gap between aspiration and action.

It's a motivational force, urging individuals to venture beyond the realm of average and step into greatness. Success in real estate boils down to leads, listings and leveraging resources. Once you’ve set up your business using these principles, you can step back and change your focus, growing your business while nurturing your agents to earn even more money for yourself.
I realized I wasn’t gonna like this book after about 107 pages in. There was no substance, only a spew of positive mindset strategies line after line about how anyone can be a MILLIONAIRE REAL ESTATE AGENT. There are tons of charts and graphs, but none of them amount to much. This whole thing reads like a sales pitch and I can’t for the life of me figure out why this book has such high reviews. I guess if you had never read any book on business before, this might be a decent read. I found it to be the same rehashed material found any many business books. The fact is, mindset is not the only thing keeping a new agent down. Functional strategies are needed to reach the million dollar range. The importance of lead gen was stressed in this book as well as hiring a team to help you. Overall I just felt like I couldn’t trust the material. So much fluff. This could be condensed to 100 pages to save everyone their precious time.
most of this book was for people who need the drive to get started in real estate. the book itself had a lot of fluff. personally i wanted to read more about the foundational models and different strategies. i will say that the ending with stories from successful real estate agents was more motivational for me compared to the other content in the book
